AYLESBURY MODERN COMBAT KARATE

Aylesbury Modern Combat Karate teaches a holistic and rounded syllabus based on the techniques of the kata.

With a grounding in Shotokan and Goju-Ryu karate, our system is based on the original 15 kata of Gichin Funakoshi, and how these can be applied to non-consensual violence and self-protection.

Along with nearly 20 years in the martial arts, our training is underpinned by over a decade of experience in the Police, Armed Forces, and Secure Services, which allows us to bring a breadth of real-world experience into the dojo.
