C.J.S. KARATE DEFENCE

At C.J.S. Karate Defence we teach Shotokan Karate Do and self-defence.

We are a small rural club located in the Lincolnshire village of Marton.

We train every Wednesday, 18:30-20:30 but do require you to contact us first before attending.
