Wa Shin Kan Budo Kai was founded in 1991 and has been teaching traditional martial arts in Gateshead ever since.
Study of traditional martial arts allows for the development of strength, fitness, flexibility, elements of self defence.
Children, adults and indeed families have trained together and reaped the benefits of traditional martial arts training.
