Aiki Shotokan Karate

Aiki Shotokan Karate is an independent, family friendly club for adults and children from 5 years old. The club is led and organised by dedicated local instructors wholly interested in the promotion of good Karate.

Our training has an emphasis on exploring the function and practical application of karate for self defence.

This is achieved using the traditional mix of basics, form, partner sparring, anti-bullying/self defence strategies and selective weapons training.
