On Sunday June 29th 11am- 3pm BCKA Instructor Lee Taylor and Brian Bates will be doing Kata based pad drills, bridging the gap between solo practice of the forms to focus mitt drills ultimately leading to kata based sparring. Lots of fun lots of drills!
