BCKA Instructor Lee Taylor 5th Dan has been asked to deliver a seminar for David Price and his Tae Kwon Do group on the Pinan Kata, practicing the self defence applications to these forms, which are also found in different guises in the Tae Kwon-Do patterns.
Open to students who wish to gain an understanding of these forms, though knowledge of them is not necessary. Bring focus mitts if possible
